States' 4-H Summer Outbound programs send American 4-H Youth to foreign countries for a cultural immersion experience. Outbound delegates live with volunteer host families, learning first-hand about a new way of life in the host country and experiencing aspects of daily life that tourists rarely see. Our international partners recruit host families and plan enrichment activites for the delegate.
